At Sea Crest School we have created the following ways to build community and make sure we all feel connected.

– Friday Happy Hour with faculty/staff
– Weekly T (Tea/Talk) with Tekakwitha (Head of School) for parents
– Birthday cards sent home to each pupil from Head of School
– Friday Assemblies (video showcasing monthly theme) sent to all Lower School pupils
– Morning and Afternoon Middle School Google Hangouts with Dean of Students
– Morale Pals for faculty/staff (each person has a pal who sends surprise pick-me-ups)
