PES 8th graders had their annual mission trip last month to Hilton Head Island, where they participated in a beach clean-up project, volunteered at a food pantry, spent time at a senior center, helped at the Boys & Girls Club, and participated in a car wash to raise money for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes through a local church. Students in every grade at PES participate in various service projects throughout the year as a way to support our community, teach citizenship, and promote social awareness and responsibility that lasts them a lifetime.
